cannot delete a file

It appears that a pornographic file was automatically
downloaded to my computer and not it will not allow me to
delete it. It says the following when I try to delete it:
"cannot delete HOMEVI~1.MPG:cannot find the specific
file. Make sure you specify the correct path and file
name."

Please help me on how to delete this file.

I have already answered this question in the "Network" newsgroup. You may
want to review how to cross-post properly so that when a question is posted
