Recently, mspaint has begun to fail as soon as I try to
execute it, every single time. It used to function
with no problems. The last time I used it, I was dealing
with a very large image, and it crashed. It has not
functioned since then. Could you please help me?

Create a new user account ....Control panel/User account Once you have done this change then name of the old user account with the broken MSPAINT ....Reboot Pc and log onto the new account .

This is the only way to fix this problem
