My start up has gone slow, the desktop comes up on switch on but than takes a few minutes for everything to load up and run after then the start up tune plays and its fine. I have a P2.66 ghz 512mb and have had no problems before, until acouple of days ago
. Before then it was starting up all applications loaded on the desktop one after another and took a matter of seconds
System restore did not solve the problem
I have run all spyware,adware and virus check and everything is clear, i have also read some of the other simlar suggestions in this forum and have had no luck. I have tryed msconfig and unchecked everything in the start up but it does not make a differenc
e.
