Can anyone tell me if you can create multisession discs using windows own
built in burning software?

I created a disc using the built in software in XP, it contained word.doc's,
but the problem was they are read only and when I alter them and try to save
them back to cd it gives me the error saying I can not re-save as the file
is read only.

Please advise...?

Hi,

WinXP's burning software has its limitations. What you are trying to do
requires packet writing software and CDRW disks. All you can do with WinXP
is to save files to CD, once burned they cannot be altered. The "read only"
attribute is normal.
