What I do is scan or place documents in a file in "My Pictures". Then you can click on the file....flick on "Print this file" from left hand selection. Photo Wizard should then appear....check all pages to send. Hit the next button and select prin
ter (CAPTURE FAX BVRP)....again hit next. You should then have the layout selection....I usually chose the first one lister (Fax - full page) again hit next. If all has gone as planned, the fax wizard should appear. You can then proceed fillin
g out the information and send the documents merrily on their way.

It does take some time, but you don't have to send them with multiple cover sheet and stuff like that.

You are talking about third party software in a Microsoft group. It does not
apply to Windows XP Fax.
