I bought this business card design program and I tried to
install. It keeps giving me this message that my
computer needs to be able to display 1000 colors or
more. I went into control panel--display and my only
options are 16 and 32 bit regardless of the screen
size??? I don't understand what is going on I used to be
able to choose up to a million colors.

Any help appreciated.

A 16-bit color depth can display 65,536 colors. Is that enough? If not, a
32-bit color depth can display more than 4 billion colors.

That is what I don't understand I have the color set to
32 bit, but when I try to install the program it won't
finish and says that the computer must be able to display
1000's of colors.

You'll need to ask the software's author about that. This group is for
Windows XP.

Set the colour depth to 16-bits.
