Michael i suggest you visit the Adobe web site and click
on Support. From the customer support page click on the
Support Knowledgebase option. When the next window
appears you will see a list of Adobe products. Click on
Photoshop Elements. This will take you to the Support
Knowledgebase for Photoshop Elements and gives you a list
of common problems and how to solve them. This may give
you some help with solving the problem.
You say you sent an error report to Microsoft, but you
don't give details of the error.
Another suggestion is to uninstall photoshop elements and
then reinstall it. This may, ultimately, cure the problem.
The last post i replied to about Photoshop Elements had
problems installing due to an error message regarding
Internet explorer 6 - i mention it just in case you
receive this message. This problem was easily sorted by
adjusting the registry. Again the details are on the
Adobe Support Knowledgebase site.
