Open Internet Explorer; go to File and select Work Offline.=20
Close IE and open Outlook Express. You will probably be=20
prompted to go online to send your email. Stay offline, delete=20
the offending message, then go to File and click the=20
Work Offline option. Close OE, then reopen. All should be well.
