View Full Version : windows\system32\netdll32.exe message

After bootinig my comuter I receive two windows
messages: the first is a (X) message regarding the
C:\windows\system32\netdll32.exe file, and the second is
a (!) message which says "could not load or run
c:\winidows\system32\netdll32.exe specified in the
registry-make sure the file exists on your computer or
remove the reference to it in the registry". These
messages came after a Trojan virus detection & removal. I
have since reinstalled the windows xp pro operating
system, followed the advice of Rick Rogers in a prior
response and looked for the offending files in my
registry, and have used the 2004 Norton system works to
try to solve this problem, but I'm still getting these
messages upon booting. What else can I do?

Netdll32.exe did not have any "hits" in Google Search, nor is the file a WinXP System file. Looks like you've picked up a Spy on the Internet. Download the below program and clelan your system:
