Tried to uninstall Mcafee privacy/antivirus software.
Something went wrong in the process.

Can't reinstall it nor can I install Norton Antivirus
2003 that came with my machine - trying both of these
results in same error #1402 'Can't open HKEY (key name),
Verify you have sufficient access to that key or contact
your support personnel".

Also can't rollback to previous checkpoint.

Suggestions on what to do next would be appreciated.
Thank You.
