windows exploer crashing

almost everyday my windows exploer crashes. the error
messege says , windows exploer is about to close. why is
this? and what can i do about this? Please help

Check for more informations in the Control Panel > Administrative
Tools > Event Viewer.
Run the System File Checker to verify all Windows core files:
SFC /scannow
from Start > Run.
