When I send a document attached to an email it is so
large when it arrives the recipient can't read it....
What am I doing wrong?

How are you sending the document? By "large" do you mean the text or the
size of the file? Details are always helpful.

If this is a simple text document, you might want to try and use a ZIP
utility to compress the file before sending.
