Changing Word & Excel Icons on a shortcut

Does anyone know how I can change the icons on a shortcut
to Word and Excel. The choice to do that in properties is
grayed out.

Hi Lee,

The best way to go about it would be to create shortcuts for winword.exe and
excel.exe separately and then change the icons for the shortcuts
individually.
