QUICK LAUNCH GONE FROM TASKBAR

I CANT GET MY QUICK LAUNCH TOOLBAR TO APPEAR ON MY
TASKBAR. IF I RIGHT CLICK ON THE TASKBAR AND GO TO
TOOLBARS THEN QUICK LAUNCH....I GET THE ERROR 'CANNOT
CREATE TOOLBAR'. SOMEHOW THE QUICK LAUNCH FOLDER IS ON
MY DESKTOP. IT WONT LET ME DRAG IT TO THE TASKBAR
EITHER.

HOW DO I GET IT BACK ON THE TASKBAR?

It should be in
C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet

The QuickLaunch folder must be present in this location:
C:\Documents and Settings\<UserName>\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet =
Explorer\Quick Launch

And the AppData registry value must be correct [pointing to the above =
location]
