Quatro 10

I have made up worksheets and after complete save them.
When I go to reopen a file it tels me that I must close
the default file of the same name. Then it tells me that
the file was not saved. After that it says lets see if we
can recover same. It never does.

What am I doing wrong and must I reinstall the Quatr0 10
and where is it?
