If you want everyone to use a program install it to the
all users\programs. If you want to move a program to that
folder drag and drop. Right click start and then click
explore all users. Now left click the programs to
highlight it and the programs available to all users will
be displayed in the right panel. Now scroll down in the
left panel until you find the persons name who has the
program you want all users to access and click the +
beside their name then the + beside start menu and then
the + beside programs and find the program under here and
left click on it and holding the button down drag it and
drop it into the right panel and then it will be available
to all users in the all users\program folder. Usually only
the cheaper programs are just installed to one account.
Todays programs and those costing more are better
developed and added to the all users by default. Good luck.
