Phots too large when sent by email

How can I make phots samll enough before sending them by email because at the moment they are arriving at destination so lare you need to scroll down to see them?

Open the folder that contains your pictures. Right-click on the photo
and select Send to > Mail Recipient. A pop-up window should appear,
allowing you an option to make your picture smaller.
