I am running XP home edition. I am the administrator and
my family members have limited user accounts. However,
they cannot open my Earthlink dial-up and connect. I am
the only one who can. The icon is on their desktop and
when I double-click nothing happens. Is there a way to
give them internet access without making them
administrators? Also, when I double-click the Earthlink
icon when logged on as administrator, I get the "run as"
screen. How do I keep this from coming up?

Firstly, it's NOT a good idea to use the Administrator log-in on a daily
basis. Keep it for emergencies and essential maintenance and set up a User
for yourself.. If you do something that makes the Admin log-in go belly-up
you're stuffed! There is NO other way of getting in other than doing a
repair install of XP!

When you double-click the connection icon, does the box that comes up have a
box on it that says "Save this username and password for: Me or Anyone who
uses this computer"?
