When I download pictures from my digital camera, all of
the photos are automatically added in with the rest of my
wallpaper. How do I delete unwanted wallpaper, and how do
I stop the photos from becoming wallpaper?

Hi,
Digital camera images go to your 'My Pictures' folder (by default) and this
is one of the locations that WinXP searches to show the Wallpaper picture
list.

One option to avoid listing your pictures in the wallpaper list is to move
them to some other folder from My Pictures.

XP automatically gives you the option of using everything in My Pictures as
a wallpaper selection. This will continue until you get to around 100 or so,
at which point it stops. To not have them show up in this list, you can put
them into another folder.
