View Full Version : Problem with Formatting When Printing to Network Printer

I have one Windows XP Pro machine that is having problems
printing Excel spreadsheets to our network printers. This
machine can print to the local printer with no problems.
Other users can print these spreadsheets to our network
printers with no problems. The printers are HP LaserJet 5
and HP LaserJet 4100 & 4050.
The spreadsheets print from the network printers but the
formatting is off. All the cells in column A with borders
are out of line so that the borders run through text &
numbers.
I have tried installing and reinstalling the network
printers to this computer. I have tried saving the
spreadsheets in another font and printing. Nothing
works. Any suggestions?
