I have changed my ink cartridges and the black is working
fine but the colour is not. I have run the clean and it
refuses to do anything.

You might want to consult your printer manual or online documentation for
the procedure to run a "printer self test." (most printers have this
function though I'm sure there are exceptions) A self test is an internal
diagnostic that is independent of the computer. i.e... the printer does not
need to be connected to the computer for this test. If the self test prints
color you'll know that the problem lies with the computer/software. If the
self test also does not print color you'll know the problem lies with the
printer.

Sometimes you have to run 'clean' several times to get air out of the print
heads.
