HUUUUGE Icons in Start Menu! Help Please!

The icons on the RIGHT SIDE of my start menu are now huge and ugly. The
LEFT SIDE is okay. I have already tried "Start
Menu/Properties/Customize/Small Icons" but it didn't fix the problem. Once
again, only the RIGHT SIDE of the start menu is affected.

Try right clicking on the list > Properties > Customise > Folder icons >
Restore Default ... and see if that works.

Sorry, I don't see this option. Is there another way to get there? Which
list should I right click on?
