Easy Question I Don't Know

This is a very easy concept but i cannot find out how to
do it. I want to minimize the programs that run at
startup. Where can I do this in Windows XP Home.

Go to START > RUN and type: MSCONFIG , and hit enter. Then look
under the STARTUP tab for programs you do not want to start. Uncheck
those and click APPLY.
