No matter how many times I delete unwanted entries in
the "Favorites", when I reboot the computer they
reappear. Also the default "home" for IE continues to
revert back to something I don't want (have also changed
this several times). Any guidance out there from the
pros? Thanks.

John,

This is caused by parasites. You need to cure the root-cause.
