Setting Up Guest User Account

I have recently installed XP Home Edition on my PC and
have set up a Guest User account. I have a ADSL Broadband
connection which obviously works OK on my administrator
account, but when I log in as Guest User it will not
connect and displays the message: <Application Error.
Could not create entry (""+ Alcatel Speedtouch
Connection+"")>. Could some one help me please?

Guests are not allowed to create Internet connections. See "Behavior
of RAS Connections With the Fast User Switching Feature"
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=289669).

account and I can now connect OK. I did not realise that
Guest users cannot make an internet connection. Thanks
