Unable to print internet pages

I have Xerox Workcenter 470cx installed on my computer.
I am able to print from all installed applications such
as word and excel; however, I am unable to print internet
pages either from the explorer toolbar or the file menu.

What error message do you get when you try to print from IE?

I do not receive any message. It is as if I never
initiated the command. When I go to the control panel
and look at the status of the printer it reflects "0"
jobs.

Anything in the Event Viewer? (Control Panel, Admin Tools)
