msinfo32.exe Opens and closes...

My System Information shortcut, opens the file and
inmediately closes it.
I have been directed to an excellent site.
However, the instructions there did not solve this problem.
I'm sure I need to change some settings, but which?

Any help would be apreciated.

Hi Carl,

Not knowing what you have tried, ignore what you have:

Go to Start/Run/ and type: msinfo32 /categories +all -loadedmodules
