I have lost the ability to talk/listen thru Messenger... I have tested
the MIC & speakers thru control panel & Messengers Audio Tuning Wizard
without any problems...
I am assuming since I installed ZoneAlarm Pro, this prevents MIC/Speaker
access to the internet?
Can anyone assist or make suggestions.

Many Thanks

Love comes to those who still hope although they've
been disappointed- to those who still believe although
they've been betrayed, need to love those who still love
although they've been hurt.

Well, ZoneAlarm will block ports to secure your PC. This is probally what
as happened, therefore you will need to find out which ports they are and
open them in your firewall.

I've had similar problems in the past with Zone Alarm and Messenger. When I
disabled Zone Alarm, it worked fine. There were even times when I disabled
it, started talking via Messenger and re-enabled it while talking and
everything worked fine.
