Webshots: Where to install?

Where should I have Webshots installed so that the screen saver runs before
any users are logged on?
It appears I've installed this program in a gazillion places <okay--so I'm
being dramatic> and I want to clean stuff up a bit.

Greetings --

As much as I hesitate to help people install adware/spyware (Yes,
I know what they claim -- if you believe that, I've got some
beach-front property in Nevada that I'd like to unload.), Webshots is
one of those poorly written applications that doesn't work properly
with a multi-user OS. To have all of a PC's users equally bothered by
Webshots, you'll probably need to install it separately under each
user profile.
