User Account setup

How can I set up a limited user without them having
default access to all the applications in the
administrator account? I would like to be able to either
setup with choices of which applications to add to this
account; or alternatively, be able to deselect them from
the limited account without removing them from the
adminstrator account.

Just a suggestion:

Right click Start button
Select Explore and/or Explore All Users.
Then open the Programs folder.

Then re-arrange the shortcuts between the Users or All Users etc
