A file is created on the desktop after sending e-mail. (OE 6.0)

A text file is created with the ~ as a file name. Can not
read the file. Just keep deleting it. Any suggestions as
how to stop this ?????

This is a non-fatal error, ignore it.

Don't buther with it , it's of outlook bug and microsoft knows it.
