Win ME was upgraded to Win XP Pro. I cannot open Outlook
Express. Here are the 2 error message that show on the
monitor each time I try to open OE:
First Error Message:
"Outlook Express could not be started. The application
was unable to open the Outlook Message Store. Your
computer may be out of memory or the disk may be full.
Contac Microsoft Support for further assistance
(0x800700E,3)" I sent a message to MS June 25, 2003, and
no response yet (July 12, 2003)
Second error message:
"Outlook Express could be started because MSOE.DLL could
not be initialized. Outlook Express may not be installed
correctly."
What must I do to be able to open and use Outlook Express?
I will thank you to provide step-by-step suggestions
because I am 82 years of age and am just learning about
computers and need all the help I can get.
Thank you,
Bob.
