other USB devices are recognized but printer isnt. Finally got it installed but documents just sit in que. shows up as being installed on USB port but nothing. Help. I have already reformatted and started over from scratch without any luck. any advise?

What model printer? What brand? Have you visited the manufacturer's web site to see
if there are updated drivers?
