My computer dosn't show the words properly

My display adapter is ATI RADEON 7000 Series 64MB and some words are shown
not completely, even I change Settings it won't be better. High resolution
make it worse.

Would you explain yourself better as to WHAT you are seeing? "words are shown not completely" is as redundant as asking where do ripples stop when I throw a rock into the ocean????
