Netgear DG834G And Audio

Hi,

I have the Netgear DG834G router with latest firmware. 1.03

Everything works well except MSN audio.

It is uPNP compatible and I have this enabled.

Has anyone any experience of this router ?

Hi, I have a similar set-up to you. I have the Netgear DG834G router
with the latest firmware update (version 1.03.). I also have the same
problem with Msn audio. I have opened the relevant ports and even
turned the firewall off but without success. I believe that this is a
problem with the firmware. If you check www.netgear.com where you
download the firmware update, it is stated that there are problems with
msn messenger which will be addressed in the next firmware update. I
guess we will have to wait for the next firmware update to solve this
problem. :-)
