Installation problems

I am having problems installing a program...it is the
Olympus USB reader/writer Model # MAUSB-10. the problem
popped up saying Error 1606 Could not access network
location <common administrative tools>.AllUsers. How do
I fix thisproblem? I had to download my software from
their website cause I lost my disk. Please help me if
you can! It would be gladly appreciated
