Last week, I caught my daughter being click-happy while she was online and since then, we have had oversized text. I have put the magnifier on 1, the text size on smallest and still the text is way too big. It is doing this on both IE and AOL. I think s
he was trying to download some Flash software (like I said...click-happy!).
I have been working with computers for 10 years and usually when this happens, I can do the view>text size>smallest with no problems. I am still learning XP at my own pace. Aside from a manual reformat, what else should I do?
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

The easiest and quickest way to fix this is to do a System Restore to
just before your daughter messed around.

I had the opposite problem--too small. In your case, open IE, go to Tools >
Internet options... > General tab > Accessibility bar (above "Apply"). See
if "Ignore font sizes specified on webpage" is checkmarked. If so, click on
it to unmark.

Reformatting is drastic overkill, and is always the wrong
solution for such a problem. It's the wrong solution for almost
any problem.
Do you have a wheel mouse? Try holding down the Ctrl key and
scrolling the wheel. That changes the text size.
