I'm using XP Pro and have a number of users on this
system.

I want to protect my files from prying eyes and when I
try via Properties
right click etc and click the Sharing Tab my Make the
Folder Private box is
greyed out.

How can I access this option?

I am logged on as the Administrator

Thanks

You need to be using NTFS file system and also Disable Simple File
Sharing:
