Activating XP

when i tried to activate windows XP i had a connection
problem, Now i connect ok but get this message,(
according to our records, The number of times you can
activate windows with this product key has been exceded
please enter another key)Thisis with a brand new product
bought from PC world, What should i do.Can anyone help

Tell Windows that you want to activate by Telephone. You'll be given a
phone number to call. You may be required to talk to an activation
operator. If so, explain the situation, and you'll be given a new
activation code.
