enable vgasafe service/driver?

How to enable the vgasafe service from the recovery console of Windows =
XP Home?
I disabled it and now my pc shows a black screen
I looked various posts, googled around but found nothing useful

Please, I'm stuck with it.

If you can get to the recvery console of the xp disk, type this: enable
vgasave SERVICE_SYSTEM_START

That should do it.
