svchost.exe question

it is listed for ea pgm it hosts that is running as
svchost.exe - hosts more than 40+ programs for win xp
examples -
'alerter/browser/DHCP/Dnscache/ERsvc/Eventlog/helpsvc/
SharedAccess/dmserver/rasauto/rasman/spooler/RpcSs/etc'
and you can see them all noted at this site -
about 4-screenpages down - ie
