Norton anti virus configuration is not complete

Hi... I'm fairly new to computer, could some one please help me ....Thanks

I'm using windows xp home edition. when i log on using 'guest' account,
this message appear :
" Norton anti virus configuration is not complete. you must have
administrator privilage to complete the configuration using the information
wizard"
I log on with 'owner'account, try to open norton-icon but nothing happened.
