s32evnt1.dll & sysevent.sys do not match

Anybody know what I am supposed to do with this error
message???

Also, I have a lot of sp2 patches that have automatically
updated which I think cause problems. I can't seem to do
a Norton Utilities Virus scan without the system
rebooting. Anyway I can get rid of the whole sp2 patch
without going into remove software and deinstalling one
at a time??
