On my Windows XP Pro machine, when I use the Start -> All
Programs menu, I see two columns of programs which are
installed on my computer. On my XP Home machine, when I
do the same thing, I'm presented with one column which
scrolls down to show all programs. How can I configure
this screen so that I see two (or three or four) columns
all at once and not the single scrolling column?

Hi,

This feature can be access through Right click on start button >> properties
>> customize >> advanced. Look for the entry called 'scroll programs'.
Uncheck it to get the desired effect.
