When limited users long in, they receive two errors in
succession:
1. Tile title: SCMan. "Access is denied."
2. Tile title: SCMan. "Can't Open Service Control
Manager."
These errors to not occur for the administrator log in.
These are nuisance errors as they don't appear to effect
further operation.
How can I get rid of these nuisance errors?
THANKS for your thoughts ideas.

it has something to do with a SimCity game, Find the game in Add/Remove
programs and uninstall.

Nope ... I've never had SimCity resident on this PC ...
