url help

why won't my computer let me go to url places that people send me? I click
on them and nothing happens....it also won't let me open attachments.

Hi

For the URL problem try this:

Start>Run - then type in "regsvr32 urlmon.dll" - without the quotes. =
Please note the space between the 2 and u. Then open Internet Explorer =
and go to Tools>Internet Options>Programs and click on the 'Reset Web =
Settings...' button. Try the URLs again.

For your attachments problem - in OE go to Tools>Options>Security and =
uncheck 'Do not allow attachments to be saved...' - restart OE.
