XP printing documents' sequence will be out upon restart PC

Dear all,

I encountered problem about XP PC print queue. Once I
restart XP PC the printing job in the queue will be out of
order which is not according to the job submitted time or
any sequence. Any way could I keep the printing documents'
sequence according to the job submitted time after retsart
the PC?
