Switching Identities

I upgraded to XP from Windows 98. Currently I cannot
switch to another identity. I tried to "work around" but
cannot find the msimn.exe in the task manager. I need to
retrieve the emails in this identity. Do you know How I
might accomplish this?

Mar,
You switch identities in Outlook Express by clicking File/Switch
Identity-then a window will open listing all the identities you have
previously established . You did establish that identity I hope. If not, do
that and your problem may be fixed.

I had this problem - it's a bug in SP1. You can download a fix for it.
