I don't think it's spyware or anything like that, and if
you have run a system scan, I really doubt it's a virus
(the dialer viruses usually at least give you some clue
what they're doing). I'm guessing that it's just a
setting in some program you have that accesses the
internet for one reason or another (Weatherbug, NAV, or
some other program that updates). Check the connection
settings on all your programs that acces the internet and
make sure they aren't set to dial out.
