Yes you need a DVD burner to burn DVD's
With you camcorder you have to:
Capture the video off the camera to a .avi file.
Edit the .avi
Convert the .avi to DVD compatible mpg2.
Load the mpg2 into your DVD authoring software and convert to the necessary
file structure.
And last burn the structure to DVD.
The whole process can take several hours.

have tried to burn them to a normal cd, I can get sound, and watch them back
on the DIVx, but I was wondering, can I watch them on a normal DVD, if so
how. Do I need a DVD burner on my computer, I know the DVD's hold more
information, but I am only experimenting. I hope somewon can help me.
